RADCON is honored by the rewards we've received from the Silicon Valley chapter of NARI.
2016 Meta Award winner Residential Kitchen $40,000-$80,000
The homeowner wanted more light, as they felt closed-off from the family while cooking. A wall was removed to open up the space and the footprint of the kitchen was increased by removing a closet. The eat-in island provides the desired additional storage, as well as the perfect space to catch-up after a busy day in Silicon Valley.
2016 Meta Award Winner Residential Addition $250,001 and over
A 1950 ranch transformed into a traditional masterpiece. The owners wanted a traditional entry with columns on the exterior and wainscot paneling on the interior. They wanted an open kitchen to the dining room and to adjoin the living room with an island for storage and seating. Custom made cabinets allowed the owners to maximize storage. The hardwood floors were woven into the existing floors seamlessly. Removing the wall between the kitchen and living room added much needed light and flow to the heart of the home.
2016 Meta Award Winner Residential Exterior Specialty
The owners wanted to take an unused backyard and turn it into a gathering place for family and friends in all seasons. Their three primary requests were: 1) An outdoor kitchen with bar seating, 2) A fire pit, and 3) A dual function water feature.
The trellis structure is made of steel, welded in place, and is meticulously wrapped in cedar. The custom spa is located under an old maple tree which was centered on the French doors from the family room. The waterfalls can be enjoyed all year long. The massive 10-seat spa is fit for a king. A true backyard oasis dreamed-up by our clients and built by RADCON.
