Dear John,   We chose you for our general contractor after receiving bids, interviewing clients and looking at the finished work of two other contractors.  We decided on Radcon Builders because we could see that you do high-quality work, with attention to details.  We were not disappointed. During the job, we appreciated your experience and ability to picture the stages of the job and pre-emptive decisions that would need to be made.  One example of this was the realization that our kitchen lighting choices would need to change when our ceiling detail changed.  Another example was your anticipation that we would need to pay careful attention to how our window molding and time came together over our kitchen peninsula.  I was impressed that you were able to envision what issues we would have with that window, even before the counter was in and cabinets were built. Lastly, we can’t say enough abut the people who work on your team.  Your workers were friendly and professional.  I had heard this from other clients of yours as well, and it definitely was part of our decision process.  Having two young children in the house, it was important to me knowing there would be safe, quality people working in our home.
