John has worked with us in the past on four different remodeling projects. We first worked with John in 1999.  A personal friend recommended John to us. The project was the complete remodeling of a guest bathroom, laundry rooms and main bathroom.  The project was completed on time and within budget.  The quality of the work is top notch and we have received many positive comments on the work from friends and family.  Throughout the project John kept us fully informed on the schedule, provided timely change orders and there were on surprises.   Based upon the first project we decided to work with John on three other projects. The first project was rebuilding a pool house that was destroyed in a fire plus back yard clean up of debris.  This was completed on time and a little below budget. The second project is essential a complete remodel of the house (except for the rooms John remodeled in 1999).  The work has included a new kitchen, new master bath suite, new windows, replacement of all carpet and tile, new heating and A/C system, repainting and resurfacing of all rooms, new wood floors in the family room, replacement of ceiling covering and repainting of the exterior.  We are extremely pleased with the work.  John has maintained his high standards for quality work, high integrity, timely completions of work and excellent professional advice. Overall the quality of his work, remodeling advice, business practices and integrity are truly superior.
